Job Description:

Responsible for foreign trade business coordination, liaison, the implementation of foreign trade business process;

Daily maintenance of domestic and foreign customers, effective analysis of customer needs, improve customer satisfaction;

Responsible for the preparation of all foreign trade documents, foreign exchange verification work and e-port online liaison work;

Understand import and export business process, familiar with foreign trade import and export business links; Familiar with foreign trade regulations, policies, customs clearance, freight, insurance and other procedures;

Process customer orders and follow up order status to ensure orders are completed on time.
